Living in a multi-racial country sometimes comes with benefits especially in Malaysia. One of the most famous desserts in Malaysia is Tau Fu Fah. Unlike any Tau Fu Fah you may find in our local Pasar Malam or hawker stalls in the middle of the road, Woong Kee Tau Fu Fah is really soft and moist. It immediately slips into your throat the moment you have a spoonful of this delicate dessert.
I discover this wonderful stall when I was driving around town hunting for a mahjong table leisurely looking for a place to eat for lunch. Fellow food hoppers need not drive up north to Ipoh as you may find an equally good Tau Fu Fah right here @ Kepong Aman Puri for only RM1.50!
Trust me, if you choke yourself by eating this, it is either you are really Sueh (bad luck) or you are born with a needle-size throat.
Disclaimer: Try not to come during lunch hour because looking for a parking space here is like looking for a needle in a haystack. What’s more, you will start cursing at other drivers when you began to double park and receive scratches and bruises on your car.
